A restorer of hope!
ABOUT YOU
Do you sometimes feel that something is missing in your relationships with your friends, colleagues, family, or partner? Maybe you've been giving of yourself to them and not feeling the reciprocation? These relationships can leave you feeling confused, overwhelmed, and simply drained. This even includes your relationship with yourself.
In my training in becoming a doctor, I studied how people develop within their relationships with others throughout their lives and how they are impacted by them. So as a developmental psychotherapist, my aim is to assist you in navigating these relationships while you master the ability to "protect your peace." Yes! 2023 is the year of PROTECTING YOUR PEACE!
Allow me to utilize my 24 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy and advanced trainings by world renowned experts in the field to help you bring some peace to your life. You deserve it!
In sessions with me, you can leave the expectations that others have of you regarding your roles and titles at my proverbial door, let your guard down, and be your authentic self while we do the work (psychotherapy).
My motto is "You can't heal if you can't be real." No topic is off limits in our sessions. We can discuss anything that may be troubling you, and you are encouraged to express yourself in the way that feels authentic to you. We don't just deal with the symptoms, we address the root of the issue, and work to resolve it.
